We recently had the opportunity to speak with Frédéric Sobrie, Strategical Marketing Project Manager at OVHcloud. Q: Frédéric, can you tell us about OVHcloud and also about the different solutions you offer your customers?

Q. What challenges were you facing that led you to explore Call Tracking and what were your goals from such a program?
Buying cloud solutions frequently involves questions by the prospective buyer, as cloud services are an important purchase decision for companies and management professionals. Answering those questions quickly can mean the difference between a sale or lost opportunity.
We wanted to offer our cloud prospects immediate support through the help of sales advisors who could accompany prospects through their customer journey and quickly address their concerns. We also wanted to remove bottlenecks so that important calls were immediately received by the right people with the proper skill set.
The implementation of iovox’s customizable WebCallBack solution and advanced analytics were used in support of OVHCloud’s objectives.
Q. What led you to choose iovox?
We carried out an RFP, based on the search for an optimal customer experience that was simple and efficient. The solution had to be hosted within OVHcloud data centers to guarantee security for our customers.
We found that the iovox WebCallBack solution offers a very user-friendly configuration tool allowing a prospect to be called immediately or complete a form if they’d prefer we contact them a different way. The WebCallBack service from iovox allows us not to lose any new sales opportunities thanks to the options of an immediate call or with the customer filling out a form that is directly integrated with our CRM system.
Q. How did the implementation go?
The tool from iovox is easily programmable according to the schedules and availability of our phone advisors. The implementation was easy and after configuration, WebCallBack from iovox does the work of connecting our interested buyers with one of our qualified phone advisors.
Q. What are some of the benefits you have gained from implementing the iovox solution?
We achieved our initial goals which were to increase responsiveness to new sales opportunities in a customized and personalized manner.
The benefit is above all, a human accompaniment for our customers in their purchase experience of a solution from OVHcloud websites. With iovox, we can provide a better experience in the purchase process by quickly offering answers to questions by potential buyers, providing guidance, or confirming the technical choices they are considering.
For our business advisors, they’re talking to more high-value, qualified leads which means potentially more income for them if they’re able to answer questions and provide good service.
The iovox WebCallBack solution is now an integral part of our development model, both in the optimization of our websites and the launch of new activities. For example, we have just added Portugal to the deployment of the solution.
