Why are shared calls with Zoho going into activities?

If the call you are sharing with Zoho isn't associated with a contact name, the call will go into the activities section as there is no Contact or Lead to create or associate the call with.

In order to prevent this from happening, make sure to add a contact name to the call before share it with Zoho.

If issues persist or you have a contact name and it's still going into activities, email help@iovox.com with details.
