Connect to ZohoCRM on desktop

How to connect iovox with ZohoCRM on desktop:

  1. Start by clicking the top left menu drop down.
  2. Click on 'Integrations'.
  3. Select Zoho on the list by clicking the + icon
  4. Enter your Zoho username and Zoho password.
  5. Click on connect

You will see a confirmation screen when the connection is successful. If you have any issues, please contact You can now start sharing calls with ZohoCRM.
