How it works
The Virtual Mobile Call Center is easily created from within the iovox web app by creating a queue, and adding iovox users to the queue. Users added have the ability to make themselves present or unavailable in the queue just like a normal call center.
When a call comes in, the iovox technology selects the next available user in a round robin distribution. The order is determined by the amount of calls received by each user so that users receive an equal amount of calls.
An unlimited number of team members can be added to a queue, and they simply need the free iovox app installed on their mobiles in order to capture call recordings.
The Virtual Mobile Call Center feature plays greeting messages as well as hold music. All calls are visible to whomever created the queue for their team, and they can see if calls are answered, missed, how long they lasted, and more.
