How it works
To use the new iovox Dialer you need 3 things:
- a computer, tablet, or mobile phone
- a free iovox account, and
- an iovox Number. *Free for 6 months
Once you have created your account and set up your number...
From the Web
Log into your account online www.iovox.com
- Click the button “Make a call” from the top right in your account
- Select the iovox Number you want to call from. This will be the number displayed as your Caller ID
- Enter the number you want to call and press the “call” button
From the iovox Mobile App
Open the iovox app on your phone
- Tap the keypad icon in the menu
- Select the iovox Number you want to call from. This will be the number displayed as your Caller ID.
- Enter the number you want to call and press the “call” button
Additional features
On the Web app, you can choose to record calls, being mindful that it is your responsibility to notify the called party about the call being recorded.
Once the recorded call ends, you can transcribe it, take notes, add a tag, or set a flag to remind you to follow up, just like with email.
